  1. I really appreciate the vibrancy of the vegetable photos. I'm excited to play with color myself. I also like that it doesn't stray from or abstract photo project.

  2. Hey Maryam, I really love the work that you have done for this assignment. The colors that you developed on the first two pictures are just tricking and the texture that you found in the last two pictures is just gorgeous. Keep it up

  3. I also think the vibrant colors in the first two pictures show that we already have a lot of color in our lives even without being able to go outside. It shows that the happiness is right there in front of us.
The sun and shadow on the fourth picture is really nice and I think it is good that you made the picture black&white.

  4. Hi Maryam, I agree with all of the previous comments about these series you have here. The 1st and 2nd images are beautifully captured and a pleasure to look at. Great job! The only think I would say is to crop out the top part of the 2nd image to get rid of the orange shape across. The 3rd image is also beautifully captured and cropped nicely! I would suggest thought that you turn on the profile correction in the lens correction when editing in Lightroom. I can kind of tell the image is bent in a little bit inward. It's not your fault but the camera's. Increase the contrast/blacks on the 4th image and reduce the blacks/contrast on the 5th image. Other than that, I think you are in a good shape and heading towards the right direction. Good job and good luck! Keep it up!

  5. Hi Maryam. Really Great! I love this series so far and hope you continue to look and shoot during these Stay At Home orders. The abstract quality is really nice, although I enjoy when you step back a bit and show the running water in the sink. Please shoot more for the Inside-Out, Outside-In and Inside-Inside. I like what you've shown us, but want to see more. Good Luck!

  6. I love this series of images. The textures and colors really pop and bring out such an interesting look that makes you want to stare at them for such a long time. I'm glad you're filling the frame and making sure that we as the viewer have something to really grab our attention. The contrast between the b&w images and the insanely colorful ones is also cool to see in a series like this. Just make sure to touch up the b&w images a little so that their contrast is even greater to make the images really pop. Great stuff!!
