I love the detail that I am still able to get from the dark photos. The contrast of the tire swing photo is quite successful in my option. The white photos are the least successful. The rock photos would be better in gray, to capture maybe the different shades of gray making the photo less flat.
Hi Rachael, I agree with Neah on here. Great job on the dark images. I also like your 5th image somehow. Yeah, try experimenting with processing on your images and shoot more. Other than that, good job and good luck!
Hi Rachael. I would encourage you to find more unique and creative ways of seeing these places and objects. I think they could all make nice images, but they need to be seen more creatively! For example, find a different angel for the tire-swing. You could have placed it against the dark tree trunk making it a better photograph and making it even more "Almost Black." Good Luck!
I think you did great job in finding the different angel for the tire swing it gave it more contrast . The all white images are the best of all in my opinion good luck Rachael.
